Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SIX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX4-to-partner and partner-to-SIX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by SIX4-low versus SIX4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
