Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,005 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity, Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization, and Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with SIX3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX3-to-partner and partner-to-SIX3 results are reported.
