Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,354 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of neural retina development, Heterochromatin organization, and Neuroblast differentiation. Each is linked with SIX3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX3-to-partner and partner-to-SIX3 results are reported.
