SIX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 365 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, KRTAP17-1, and KRT33A. Each is linked with SIX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX3-to-partner and partner-to-SIX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by SIX3-low versus SIX3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
