Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,969 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMP3P2, BPNT2P, and RPSAP72. Each is linked with SIX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX2-to-partner and partner-to-SIX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IMP3P2 grouped by SIX2-low versus SIX2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
