SIRT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,022 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K2, NDUFA13, and YJU2. Each is linked with SIRT6 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT6-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT6 versus MAP2K2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
