Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,461 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGTA, HAUS8, and POLQ. Each is linked with SIRT6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT6-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT6 results are reported.
