Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, TAS2R7, and RN7SL470P. Each is linked with SIRT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT6-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by SIRT6-low versus SIRT6-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
