Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, CD4+ Tcm, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with SIRT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT6-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by SIRT6-low versus SIRT6-high in LUSC.
