Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,086 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35B3, FAM8A1, and CCDC121. Each is linked with SIRT5 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT5-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT5 versus SLC35B3 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
