Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,105 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, NUP153, and PRPF4B. Each is linked with SIRT5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT5-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT5 versus WRNIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
