Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, FARP1, and AP3S2. Each is linked with SIRT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT5-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by SIRT5-low versus SIRT5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
