SIRT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,823 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP7D1_S70, NUMA1_T2015, and PPP1R18_S368. Each is linked with SIRT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT4-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT4 versus MAP7D1_S70 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
