Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with SIRT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT4-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT4 results are reported.
