SIRT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, MTRNR2L10, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with SIRT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT4-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL2 grouped by SIRT4-low versus SIRT4-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
