Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,790 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOM1L1, RIC8A, and STK10. Each is linked with SIRT3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT3-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT3 versus TOM1L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
