SIRT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,161 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, ITGA5, and ITGB1. Each is linked with SIRT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT3-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT3 versus KIF23 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
