SIRT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 868 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS2, MORC1-AS1, and C2orf69P4. Each is linked with SIRT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT3-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGI2-AS2 grouped by SIRT3-low versus SIRT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
