Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,769 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine deacetylation, Cellular detoxification of methylglyoxal, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with SIRT3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT3-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine deacetylation grouped by SIRT3-low versus SIRT3-high in LIVER.
