Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,334 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN4, GPI, and BAZ1B_S189. Each is linked with SIRT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT2 versus ACTN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
