Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,392 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G4C, SAMD3, and SLC9A9. Each is linked with SIRT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIRT2 versus PLA2G4C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
