SIRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with SIRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by SIRT2-low versus SIRT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
