Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,820 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tubulin deacetylation, Negative regulation of oligodendrocyte progenitor proliferation, and Regulation of oocyte maturation. Each is linked with SIRT2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT2-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tubulin deacetylation grouped by SIRT2-low versus SIRT2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
