Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL392P, UBTFL3, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with SIRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIRT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL392P grouped by SIRT1-low versus SIRT1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
