SIRPA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIRPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,580 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIRPA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPS15, GDI2, and VPS25. Each is linked with SIRPA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIRPA-to-partner and partner-to-SIRPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIRPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIRPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
