SIPA1L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIPA1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,585 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIPA1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP2, RNF169, and TET2. Each is linked with SIPA1L2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIPA1L2-to-partner and partner-to-SIPA1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIPA1L2 versus RANBP2 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIPA1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIPA1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
