Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P17, IGHVIV-44-1, and MAGEB16. Each is linked with SIPA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIPA1-to-partner and partner-to-SIPA1 results are reported.
