Across TCGA patient cohorts, SINHCAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,065 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SINHCAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIP7, NOL11, and PDCD11. Each is linked with SINHCAF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SINHCAF-to-partner and partner-to-SINHCAF results are reported.
