Across TCGA cell cohorts, SINHCAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,398 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SINHCAF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore organization, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, and Positive regulation of type B pancreatic cell development. Each is linked with SINHCAF in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SINHCAF-to-partner and partner-to-SINHCAF results are reported.
