SIN3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIN3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,420 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIN3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32A, FAM98B, and RTF1. Each is linked with SIN3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIN3A versus ANP32A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIN3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIN3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
