SIN3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIN3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,880 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIN3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB12, ILF3, and CNNM3. Each is linked with SIN3A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIN3A versus ZBTB12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIN3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIN3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
