SIN3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIN3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIN3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTP4A3, ARHGAP11A, and EYA3. Each is linked with SIN3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A3 grouped by SIN3A-low versus SIN3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIN3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIN3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
