Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIN3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,530 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIN3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with SIN3A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SIN3A results are reported.
