SIMC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,891 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIMC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, ARF6, and ARG1. Each is linked with SIMC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIMC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIMC1 versus SMC1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
