SIM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,418 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLCS, AGPAT3, and FRMD3. Each is linked with SIM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIM2-to-partner and partner-to-SIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIM2 versus HLCS in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
