SIK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,388 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL5, RPL10, and RPL10A. Each is linked with SIK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK3-to-partner and partner-to-SIK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIK3 versus CUL5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
