SIK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,762 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOA1-AS, TBRG1, and ADRB2. Each is linked with SIK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK3-to-partner and partner-to-SIK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIK3 versus APOA1-AS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
