SIK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab11, FASN, and PCNA. Each is linked with SIK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK3-to-partner and partner-to-SIK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab11 grouped by SIK3-low versus SIK3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
