Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,881 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of TORC2 signaling, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with SIK3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK3-to-partner and partner-to-SIK3 results are reported.
