SIK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,822 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF12, RPL5, and UPP1. Each is linked with SIK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK2-to-partner and partner-to-SIK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIK2 versus ARHGEF12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
