SIK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,282 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are G0S2, LIN9, and GOLGA1. Each is linked with SIK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK2-to-partner and partner-to-SIK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIK2 versus G0S2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
