Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIK1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,482 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIK1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TANGO6, LRRC29, and BTBD2. Each is linked with SIK1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIK1B-to-partner and partner-to-SIK1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIK1B versus TANGO6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIK1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIK1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
