SIGLEC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,731 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVL, HCLS1, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with SIGLEC8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC8-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 versus EVL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
