SIGLEC8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,729 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are POMT1, EGFR, and NOL9. Each is linked with SIGLEC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC8-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC8 versus POMT1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
