Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,689 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hepatocyte apoptotic process, Negative regulation of hepatocyte apoptotic process, and Positive regulation of actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with SIGLEC8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC8-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC8 results are reported.
