SIGLEC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC8, CYP3A4, and OR2D3. Each is linked with SIGLEC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC8-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC8 grouped by SIGLEC8-low versus SIGLEC8-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
