Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIGLEC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10Q1, BMP15, and TEX55. Each is linked with SIGLEC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC5-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10Q1 grouped by SIGLEC5-low versus SIGLEC5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
