Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIGLEC31P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SIGLEC31P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher SIGLEC31P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIGLEC31P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LAML show a favorable association.
DLBC, BLCA, and THCA are the cancer types where SIGLEC31P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
