The most reproducible SIGLEC21P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Regulation of hormone secretion, and Pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SIGLEC21P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC21P-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC21P results are reported.
