Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIGLEC21P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SIGLEC21P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SIGLEC21P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIGLEC21P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, STAD, and TGCT are the cancer types where SIGLEC21P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
